LIFTMAT™ Lift Tables LIFTMAT™ is powerful, precision lift table and work positioner with a collapsed height so low that all types of trucks can be rolled onto it. Gone is the need for pits and their high construction costs. In leased buildings or on upper floors where pits can't be built, you can still have the advantage of a roll-on lift table. The LIFTMAT by Southworth has a wide travel range, from 2 7/8" to 36". Platform sizes range from 24" x 66" to 48" x 96".

Roll-On™ Level Loader
The Roll-On™ Level Loader lowers to the floor height so pallets can be rolled on with a hand pallet truck. The operator can adjust the height of the pallet to allow loading or unloading at the most convenient working height with a minimum of lifting. Narrow side panels virtually eliminate reach-over while providing operator protection.

ROLL-ON LEVEL LOADER (For use with Hand Pallet Trucks)

With internal hydraulic power, Roll-On Level Loaders lowers to floor height so that pallets can be rolled on and off with a hand pallet truck. The lift then is easily adjusted by pushbutton or foot switch control to maintain an ideal height for manual loading and unloading. The narrow side and back panels provide easy reach over for four sided access.

The platform can be locked at the proper height to allow relocation by means of a hand pallet truck

ROLL-ON LEVEL LOADER with TURNTABLE

The Roll-On Level Loader has a built-in turntable that can be easily rotated so employees never have to reach to far for the next box. Hydraulically powered, it lowers to floor height so that pallets can be rolled on and off with a hand pallet truck. It is easily adjusted by push-button or foot switch control to maintain an ideal height for manual loading and unloading. Units have a photoelectric toe guard which stops platform decent if the beam is interupted. Available with One Touch Auto Leveling.
