MOVOTEC "BOLT-ON" LIFT SYSTEMS*
|
|
| Easy-to-install, bolt-on ergonomic lift systems adjust work-station height to each person or task. They can be installed quickly - with just a few common tools - on tables, benches,desks, platforms, conveyors, etc.
Attach the pump, route the flexible tubing and bolt on the cylinders. Whether motorized or crank driven, you can transform your current workbench, platform or other structure into a height-adjustable workstation.
Movotec "Bolt-on" Lift Systems are available in five different adjustable ranges, and are capable of lifting loads of up to 452 kg (1,000 U.S. lbs.) Level elevation is achieved even when the system is subjected to unbalanced loading conditions.

Each Movotec "Bolt-on" lift system is shipped within 3-5 working days, comes completely assembled, and includes:
- Motorized switch and power supply available, or pump unit driven by our unique "fold-away" hand crank
- Two 8 ft. sections of flexibe tubing
- Two 10 ft. sections of flexible tubing
- Four lift cylinders
- Four glides
- Twelve tubing clips (adhesive backed) and sixteen cable ties

BASIC LIFT SYSTEM CONFIGURATION*
|
|
| Movotec Lift System activation is controlled by a DRIVE. The DRIVE is connected to the PUMP input shaft. The PUMP is then attached to the CYLINDERS by a series of CONNECTORS. CYLINDER extension and retraction is controlled through the PUMP, by means of clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation of the DRIVE. |

MOVOTEC DRIVES > Motor Drive Unit*

| Providing push-button convenience, the new and improved Movotec motor drives are lighter, smaller, faster operating, and carry the CE recognition mark. The new modular design is easy to install, and consists of a motor drive, transformer and activation switch. Its safety features - a low-voltage isolation transformer with thermal and current limits - protect against overheating and overload conditions. |

Constructed of brass, these components insure a "time-tested" seal. Two ferrules and compression Nuts (ea.) are required for each cylinder in your application. Like the majority of our customers, let our production specialists assemble your system for you.

Flexible yet durable, Movotec tubing makes installation of your lift system simple and easy, whether you're retrofitting one table or manufacturing one thousand. Tubing can be custom-cut to desired lengths, please specify when ordering.

MOVOTEC CYLINDERS > CE, CS, and CH Cylinder*

| Designed for O.E.M. applications, each cylinder utilizes a unique set of end-fitting configurations to assist in your design and manufacturing process. These cylinders must be used in conjunction with an external guide mechanism to prevent non-axial loading of the cylinder. The Movotec A.T.U. telescoping leg unit was engineered to support CE cylinders.
CE cylinders have a 90 deg. tubing port and grooved end-fittings for use with e-ring type fasteners.
CS cylinders have an inline tubing port and grooved end-fittings for use with e-ring type fasteners.
CH cylinders have a 90 deg. tubing port and end-fittings containing chamfered holes for use with pin or bolt-type fasteners.

| Designed for O.E.M. or retrofit applications, CB cylinders incorporate their own guide/support system and can be bolted onto virtually any surface, for use as a "stand-alone" telescoping leg unit. |

MOVOTEC ACCESSORIES > Brackets / Glides*
|
|
| Mounted to the face of the CB cylinder body, these brackets assist in the application of the cylinder. Two brackets are required for each cylinder or, simply use the drill templates provided with each system to mount directly to the cylinder housing.
Glides
The standard "foot pads" for CB cylinders. This Glide is adjustable for uneven floor surfaces.
Mounting Glides
Also for supporting the CB cylinder, this glide may be used as a mountable version of our standard glide, or inverted and used as a mounting bracket when the cylinder is mounted "rod up" (upside down).

| The dual drive is the activation mechanism for 8 cylinder lift systems. This unit must be used in conjunction with "heavy-duty" CB cylinders only. The dual drive is a combination drive/pump unit, and is only offered in a motorized configuration. |
