- The Abicor Binzel 839.0020 (WCS) is a heavy-duty, pneumatic wire cutting station designed for automated MIG/MAG robotic welding. It removes the oxidized ball end of welding wire to provide a consistent stick-out length and ensure precise Tool Center Point (TCP) measurements.

- Clamp and shear mechanism holds wire firmly before shearing to prevent bending or shifting
- Hardened cutting blades tested for 20,000 cuts with .045" stainless steel wire
- Service life extendable to 50,000 cuts through robot reprogramming to utilize different blade sections
- Removes welding ball and oxides to ensure arc starting quality
- Compatible with all makes and models of welding robots
- Integrates with TCS-FP torch cleaning stations
- Optional end-position prompt/inductive proximity switch for status feedback to robot controller
