- The ABICOR BINZEL 830.2285 Injection Unit TSi is a standalone, pneumatic anti-spatter injection system designed for automated robotic welding environments. It functions as a Plug & Spray module that eliminates the need for electrical integration, solenoid valves, or complex robot controller programming. The unit utilizes a mechanical trigger mechanism activated by the vertical movement of the welding torch to deliver a precise spray pulse of anti-spatter fluid.
