- The BUG-O Systems KBUG-3000 is a digital, compact, all-position oscillating fillet welder designed to mechanize semi-automatic welding processes. The unit utilizes a lightweight carriage with permanent magnets and guide wheel clamps to track directly to the workpiece, removing the torch from the operator's hands to ensure uniform heat input and consistent weld placement. It features a machined aluminum chassis, stainless steel rollers, and brass bearings for durability in industrial environments.
