- The DF Machine Specialties 45114 is an 8-inch water-cooled standard nozzle assembly designed for high-amperage robotic and automated MIG welding. It is constructed from chrome-plated copper and features internal water channels for thermal management during high duty cycle operations. This nozzle is a component of the NCM and HTM machine barrel systems, providing extended reach for automated applications.

- Check valves in water channels to retain residual water during nozzle removal

- Separate gas hose, water-in hose, and water-out/power cable for individual replacement
- Compatible with optional Torch Rack #30418 for BUG-O BUG-5188 Rack Holders
- Cold-to-the-touch barrel performance even after extended arc time when properly chilled
- 32 pitch gear rack compatibility for precise torch head positioning
