- Hobart® Handler® 210 MIG Welder is ideal for maintenance, construction, auto body, farm/ranch, boat/marine and home. Welder includes power cord with plug, built-in gas valve, dual gauge regulator and gas hose, 10' (3 m) work cable with clamp, sample spool of 0.030" (0.8 mm) self-shielded flux cored welding wire, 8" (203 mm) wire spool adapter, weld set-up chart and extra 0.030" (0.8 mm) contact tips. Single phase welding machine provides 150A at 23V with 30% Duty Cycle and 90A at 19V with 20% Duty Cycle and output current of 210A DC. It has built-in contactor for excellent safety that feature which makes wire electrically "cold" when not welding. Welder features dual voltage input 115V/230V with the MVP plug makes the unit effortless to find a place to plug it in. A Max 210A output in a small portable case makes transporting to job sites effortless and provides power to weld 3/8" steel. It has 7 Voltage selections (230V), 4 voltage selections (115V), enhanced magnetics and infinite wire feed speed control provides easier fine control for improved arc performance with less spatter for a better bead appearance and less cleanup. Spool gun control circuitry is built-in to the Handler® 210MVP for the optional Spool Runner™ 100 direct plug-in spool gun. It relieves feeding problems with soft aluminum wires and is available with mild or stainless steel welding wires. Welder offers easy access to polarity changeover contains storage holes for spare tips and features dual groove drive rolls make it effortless to switch from one wire size to another. The one knurled along with smooth groove for 0.030" - 0.035" (0.8-0.9 mm) wire and has self-resetting thermal overload as well as motor protection for safety. Multi voltage plug (MVP) provides flexibility to use either 115V or 230V input power.

- Replaceable, built in contactor eases use and excellent safety feature, makes the welding wire electrically cold when not pulling the trigger
- Convenient polarity changeover with tip holder access makes it quick and easy to change polarity when switching from solid wire to flux cored wire, includes convenient storage holes for spare tips
- Quick change, dual groove drive rolls easy to change from one wire diameter to another .023/.025 in or .030 - .035 in
- Short circuit protection protects the unit against current overload
- Self resetting thermal overload protects power transformer to ensure reliability
