- Thermal Dynamics® Cutmaster® Air Plasma Cutter with 1/3 phase 208 - 230 V at 50/60 Hz input features light-weight, compact design and convenient mounting feet allowing for easy mounting in any application. Plasma cutter comes with power supply, 25' leads, SL100SV machine torch with 180 deg head, 10' input power cable with plug, spare parts kit and operating manual. Cutter that offers 80% duty cycle at 120 A to handle all-day production cutting in the toughest environments has CNC interface connection located on the rear side of the power supply offering "Start/Stop" and "OK to MOVE" signals. It has software to automatically detect the torch that is attached and to switch between automation and manual modes. Valve in torch design reduces cycle time between parts and increases productivity while dedicated automation software improves cycle time and performance in many applications. Cutter incorporates SureLok® electrode technology to offer highly defined arc and precise cuts while extending the tip and electrode life. Cutter with 120 A rated output features 30 - 120 A adjustable current rating and 80 psig gas flow rating. Torch with plasma gas ports that are uniquely tuned to optimize cutting performance at its rated current has start cartridge in between the tip and electrode for better parts life, cut performance and reliability. Cutter meets the requirements of IP-23C, CSA, NTRL/C, CE and CCC certifications.
