Tregaskiss™ .035" Liner
Item Details
- The ITW / Miller / Tregaskiss 415-35-15Q is a heavy-duty, front-loading industrial MIG (GMAW) welding torch liner designed for robotic, fixed-automatic, and high-production semi-automatic environments. It functions as a two-piece architectural system consisting of a rear-mounted liner retainer and a replaceable quick-load core that is fed directly through the torch neck.
Features
- Front-Loading Mechanism: Enables liner replacement from the front of the torch without disconnecting from the wire feeder.
- 90% Labor Downtime Reduction: Eliminates the need to remove torch assembly or pull out cable for maintenance.
- Two-Piece System: Combines a permanent internal liner retainer with a replaceable Quick-Load core.
- AutoLength™ Pin Compatibility: Integrates with spring-loaded mechanisms to accommodate cable compression and expansion during extreme bending.
- Safety Profile Isolation: Maintenance occurs at floor level, removing the need for technicians to climb robotic fixtures or booms.
- Zero Wire Feed Waste: Eliminates the requirement to scrap active spooled welding wire during liner transitions.
- Error-Proof Placement: Prevents short-cut liners which cause wire cast scraping and contact tip micro-arcs.
- Burn-back Mitigation: Decreases misalignment between the liner and contact tip to prevent catastrophic burn-backs.
- High-Tension Coiling: Eliminates structural gaps when the welding gun cable is contorted.
